more revelations, some closure to that disheartening situation with his late parents...
It's both touching and creepy he used his dad's corpse... welp, at least he's saved again.

I hoped Pinoko would stop nagging all the time after he practically sent her home, alas, she's totally incorrigible(－‸ლ)
So, the main mystery is solved! That was an interesting journey...

A touching reunion🥰 That husband was so stupid thinking his wife wouldn't be able to notice the difference(－‸ლ) They should have taken both twins from the start. Welp, all's well that ends well <3

going to such great lengths to save that numskull who tried to kill him so many times is ridiculous. He can easily reject other patients who don't have huge sums of money but here... (ﾉ_-;)

Her attempt to get rid of him had already failed before, so why was she so confident that one meager bullet had killed him O_O She should have shot him one more time, so unprofessional, lol :D

A fascinating case! The ending gave me chills!
They just need to invite doctor Kiriko all the time for BJ to agree to operate, lol :D
If only he really sent that nagging Pinoko home T_T it'd be just perfect, sigh...

No matter what a perfect disguise you're gonna have, Pinoko will ruin everything (－‸ლ) why is this infuriating, creepy char even in this story, it'd be a masterpiece without her in it T_T

That annoying, stupid Pinoko is always in his way (－‸ლ) First, the dog, who rushed to that house, had to save her instead
(－‸ლ) then she led that killer to him... She's just a burden.

and lol that final dialogue
--Black Jack is alive, he had to keep that secret for your safety.
--Hurray, he's not dead. But why didn't he say anything before leaving?

jeez O_O

I knew that it was going to be the face of his mother, aw he's awesome! <3 Though I actually respected his father for not hiding his real feelings. The bitter truth is always better than a sweet lie, imo.

I wonder how he's going to survive that explosion...
